Had a fabulous session, Beth was very informative and managed the group of varying abilities so all felt very included and got a great experience. Only negative was the long winded HPP form filling at the start - the tablet wasn't great and made it feel more complicated than needed also the parking app was as long winded.  But the course & Beth all positive. Sent a video of our day to other paddlers at the sailing club and there is a lot of interest. so will be be touch soon

I can highly recommend Beth's white water SUP coaching sessions! I was nervous about " not being good enough " etc . But Beth was great, friendly, inspired confidence, and able to assess our standards and teach us accordingly,  in a fun way.. My friend and I learnt absolutely loads in the hour and a half session, techniques we can transfer to our adventure paddles. We also had fun pushing ourselves a bit outside our comfort zone feeling safe with Beth's guidance. We both were buzzing after the session, and would encourage anyone interested in learning SUP techniques , but a bit nervous to just do it, she is a great coach and you will enjoy it and be in safe hands in a great environment to.learn. I did the white water coaching session twice in 5 days and it was amazing fun. We got tips and pointers/suggestions after every run with ways to improve and our skills improved rapidly during the 90 min. It was so good that I bought a white water board and all the gear within a few days. Don't fear it. You're going to swim a few times. Just go for it.

Cancellations made 1 month or more in advance of the workshop date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made between 1 month and 7 days prior to the workshop  will receive a 50% refund. Due to us needing to pay coaches for the workshops they are delivering, we will be unable to refund cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop.
